Aligned & Anchored
psychotherapy
A place to meet your most authentic and empowered self
Molly Stewart
MSW, LCSW
Like you're not enough, and yet too much at the same time? Feeling constantly on edge, trying to anticipate what might go wrong? Or maybe there's a loneliness in being the one who's always "put together". I'm here to tell you- it's not your fault.
You have been shaped by your lived experiences to understand what is necessary to survive. But you don't have to carry that weight anymore. It's time to shift into a new way of living that brings you both safety and freedom to be who you truly are.
I support my clients in processing trauma, changing relationship patterns, and exploring identity. We will get to know your emotional system and the past it's rooted in. But we won't just talk about your story; we will actively re-wire these parts through gradual, committed action so you can become the most authentic and empowered version of you.
When we are aligned with who we are, what we need, and what matters most to us, we can live a life that brings wholeness and fulfillment. When we are anchored, we are connected to an internal foundation that holds us steady- even during the most turbulent of times. I am honored to take the journey with you, one small step at time.
Does it feel like you have been carrying a weight you can't seem to put down?
